HESLB OLAS this is an abbreviation of Higher Education Loans Board which is responsible for providing loans to the university student so as they can accomplish their goal. And not all university students have been funded with Higher education loans Board due to various reasons such as inappropriate application.So we are tried to provide education to the form six leaver and university student how they can apply loans and how they can appeal if they are allocated little loans.In order to apply loans from HESLB you have some requirement which could gave you a chance to qualify the application of loans from HESLB and assist you to proceed with further education at university level.

REQUIREMENT FOR LOAN APPLICATION

1.Birth certificate.

2. Form four certificates.

3. Gradiator ID card

But your birth certificate should be approved and certified by RITA so before applying for loans from HESLB you have to submit a copy of your Birth certificate to RITA in order to be certified for application of loans from HESLB.Also make sure all detail on birth certificate including;-

Your name

Date of Birth

Match with the information on your form four certificate but if didn’t match you can attend to the nearest court for more information so as to be assisted about you problem which hinder you.

NOTE; Mismatch of your information on your birth certificate and form certificate can make you to disqualify for loans from HESLB hence you cannot get loans.

HOW CAN I APPLY LOANS

The important question to know is that how can I apply loans from HESLS so in order to apply for loans you must pay tsh 30000/= on control number which you will given by system in order to continue with other process.

Before all you have to visit OLAMS some of applicant confuse the meaning of OLAMS.OLAMS is an abbreviation of Online Loan Application System. So in order to start online application you have to visit OLAMS by search it on Google, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and other related browser.

NOTE: No way you can apply loans without application fees also without visiting OLAMS which is an online system for applying loans from HELBS.

STEPS OF APPLYING LOANS FROM HESLB.

Application of Loans for higher studies you have to fall specific procedure which is compulsory and should filled accurate.

1.The first stage you have to visit OLAMS by searching it on browser after opening you will required your basic information which including you form index number, Your Full Name, and Contact information all these done after payment of application fees.

2. After fill your basic information you will fill all required information including verification code of your birth certificate, Gladiator information their occupation etc. After fulfilling all required information you get a copy of you form filled online then you will attend to required authorities so that a form can be signed.

3. After being signed your form should uploaded online to HESLB for further process and after uploading signed pages on OLAMS you have to submit your form at Postal where you will required to pay almost Tsh 16000/= so after this process you will wait for verification of your application form weather is complete or incomplete.
