The required format is pdf so you have scan your certificate in form of pdf and then you could submit to RITA so as can be verified by RITA also after submitting your birth certificate to RITA the last step you will required to pay Tsh 6000 so as your application for birth certificate verification can be processed by RITA.
Important your application can be processed for almost two weeks so you to visit your RITA account frequently so as to see the feedback from RITA also verification number from RITA is very important for loans application from HESLB.
