- Visit Higher Students Loans application Online system.
- Click on apply loans for diploma then select place where you have completed ordinary level.
- After Visiting Online Loans application System click apply loans.
- Fill your form Four index number in required format as S0000.0000.2010.
- Generate Control Number and pay requred amount of money.Tsh 30000/=
- After payment click next then put password for login and Fill contact information.
- Lastly click login as registered applicant where by you will require d to fill your user name which is your form Four index number and password which you have created on fifthy steps.
After that few steps you can start to apply by filling all required information.
Note:Before starting application make sure your birth certificate has been certified by RITA.
