IMPORTANCE OF SCHEME OF WORK
Scheme of work in academic process has a lot of importance for both teachers and learners as played vital role in simplification of learning and teaching as follows:-
1.Organization; Scheme of work help teachers to be more organized and efficient, as teacher can be able to provide a clear structure and sequence of learning objectives, activities, and assessments
2.Motivation Purpose; Scheme of work make students to become more motivational as the teacher can provide a sense of direction about a year learning.
3.Evaluation; Scheme of work help teachers to monitor and evaluate the learning process and outcomes, by providing a framework for feedback and reflection.
Few Importance's of scheme of work mentioned but there is a lot of importance's also important to note is that a scheme of work can be prepared by a teacher individually or collaboratively.
